Recreating nature in all its beautiful details in photo-realism is one of the more challenging tasks in cgi. So we were very excited when we had the opportunity to create not just one but three different worlds from scratch for this lovely spot.
Under Tim Stoffel's direction, we flew over a forest, dived deep into the seas and managed a close up of some bees without a single sting!
With the exception of the background plate for the bees, we created all three shots completely in cgi.
